42 lb. natural clay coated release base for aqueous, solvent or solventless systems that will withstand high temperatures (+400ºF, +204.4ºC). Cortec’s 42NRSC has a high level of silicone hold-out for various types of silicone systems. Its density exceeds 20,000 seconds. 42NRSC has excellent caliper consistency and lay-flat properties.

Typical Uses

Once coated with silicone, 42NRSC can be used for self-adhesive labels, foam tapes, automotive detailing, etc.
