Product Description
M-5365 is a liquid additive for solvent-based and a limited number of waterborne systems. M-5365 may be added in a range of 1% to 3% weight to improve corrosion and water resistance. It is recommended as an additive for maintenance coatings.

Formulation Hints
- Add to a waterborne alkyd before neutralization with an amine
- Post-add to a latex coating with good mixing
- Premix with co-solvent before post-adding to the latex if M-5365 does not go in by itself
- Add 5% ammonia to the M-5365/co-solvent blend if dispersing M-5365 is still a problem

Packaging and Storage
M-5365 is available in 5 gallon (19 liter) containers, 55 gallon (208 liter) metal drums, liquid totes and bulk. M-5365 should be stored in tightly sealed containers of metal, glass or polyolefin plastic above freezing. Shelf life is 24 months.
