Cortec S-111

Product Description

S-111 is an additive for aqueous alkaline systems. It provides excellent flash corrosion protection and corrosion protection at low concentrations for parts in process. It is ideal for cleaning of electronic metals, aluminum and ferrous alloys. S-111 can be used in agitation, non-agitation, manual, ultrasonic, spray, flow-through and high pressure operations.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is 0.3-1% by weight in the final dilution of a cleaner. Shelf life is 2 years

Application

Mix in S-111 with an alkaline cleaning formulation at the recommended dosage. Though the powder is soluble in water, it may require some mixing.
