Product Description

CorShield® VpCI®-368 is a fast-drying, solvent-based, temporary, wax-like coating supplied in an aerosol can. CorShield® VpCI®-368 provides multi-metal protection in harsh outdoor conditions and can be removed when needed using an alkaline or solvent-based cleaner.

Packaging and Storage

CorShield® VpCI®-368 is available in 11 oz (312 g) aerosol cans. A non-aerosol can version, VpCI®-368, is available in various container sizes. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 120°F (49°C). Protect from sunlight. To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors at 40–100°F (4–38°C).

Application

Clean surface of all loose scale, rust, oil, dirt, and other surface contaminants. Shake well before using. Spray directly onto metal surfaces to the desired film thickness. Product can be applied in multiple coats for severe applications. For removal of CorShield® VpCI®-368 applied to a metal surface, use a VpCI®-41x series alkaline cleaner/degreaser or, if necessary after a long cure, a solvent-based cleaner. Always follow manufacturer safety recommendations when using any solvent.
