Cortec MCI®-2060 Concrete Cleaner/Degreaser

Product Description

MCI®-2060 is a cleaner and d e g r e a s e r t h a t c o n t a i n s Migrating Corrosion Inhibitors™ (MCI®). It effectively cleans away grease, dirt, oil, and mud that is caked onto concrete driveways, garage floors, walkways, and curbs. It can also be used on other substrates, including metallic substrates, making them look like new.

Packaging & Storage

MCI®-2060 is available in 5-gallon (19 L) pails and 55-gallon (208 L) drums.

To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).

How it works

MCI®-2060 penetrates and lifts tough oils, greases, and residues by breaking the bond between contaminants and surfaces. Its advanced formulation disperses dirt, grease, and industrial residues into fine particles, allowing them to be easily rinsed away. At the same time, a built-in corrosion inhibitor forms a temporary protective layer on metal surfaces, preventing rust and oxidation during and briefly after cleaning. The result is a deep clean with flash corrosion protection in a single, efficient process.

Where to use

• Oily, greasy, or dirty concrete, ceramic, and metal surfaces 
• Sealed or painted concrete surfaces 
• Surfaces in need of neutralization after treatment with one of Cortec’s VpCI® rust removers (VpCI®-422, VpCI®-423, VpCI®-426, etc.)
