Cortec VpCI®-398 Vehicle Undercoat

Product Description

VpCI®-398 is a fast drying, solvent-based sulphonate one coat system (topcoat) that can be applied DTM (Direct to Metal) and provides protection in harsh, outdoor, unsheltered applications. The complex mixture of non-toxic, organic inhibitors offers protection that competes with most paints and zinc-rich primers. Provides multi-metal protection. Excellent UV resistance. Available only in black.

Application

VpCI®-398 may be applied by brush, spray, or dip. A film thickness of at least 4-5 dry mils (100-125 microns) is recommended for uncovered outdoor storage.

Packaging & Storage

VpCI®-398 is available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, 55 gallon (208 liter) metal drums, liquid totes, and bulk.

Product shelf life is 1 year.
