Desicorr® Pouches

Product Description

With their patented two-sided design, Desicorr® Pouches offer a window into the world of corrosion prevention. Offering a specialized color changing desiccant, Desicorr® Pouches protect your products from moisture — the harbinger of all rust.

The porous nonwoven fabric layer allows the contents of the pouch to absorb moisture from the enclosed packaging environment, significantly reducing the risk of corrosion or degradation while in storage or transit. This ensures long-lasting protection for your products.

Finally, Desicorr® Pouches let you know when it’s time to replace them. Simply flip the pouch onto its transparent side; if the indicator spheres have changed from yellow to green, the desiccant is fully spent.

Note: Desicorr® Pouches are also available with Cortec®’s unique Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibiting (VpCI®) technology, which further protects metal products and components with a monomolecular barrier against corrosion. Packaging and Storage

Desicorr® Pouches are available in windowed and non-windowed versions, in 1/6 Unit, 1 Unit, and 2 Unit Sizes. For pricing and availability, as well as information on other pouch sizes, please contact Cortec® Customer Service.

To ensure best product performance prior to application, keep tightly sealed in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight between 40–100°F (4–38°C).

Application
