Cortec VpCI® Pipe Caps

Product Description

VpCI® Pipe Caps are heavy wall polyethylene caps that have been molded with proprietary Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors (VpCI®) to protect pipe ends and other tubular objects from corrosion, mechanical damage, or contamination during transit, handling, and storage. VpCI® pipe caps are specially designed to provide a positive seal on the pipe surface beyond the last thread and are easy to install and remove. VpCI® Pipe Caps are made to order in most standard NPT pipe sizes ranging from 0.25” to 64” in diameter. Can be used in combination with other VpCI® products such as: Cor-Pak Pipe Strip, VpCI®- 337, or VpCI® powders.

Packaging and Storage

VpCI® Pipe Caps are available in custom sizes from 0.25” to 64” in diameter. Please contact a Cortec representative for additional information on specific sizes and minimum order quantities. VpCI®Pipe Caps should be stored indoors at room temperature sealed in original packaging. Shelf life is up to 2 years.
