Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting is a corrosion protection packaging material. It is stronger than corrugated paper without the high breakdown rate, tearing, dust or pollution. Because it is reusable, Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting provides cost savings in waste, breakdown and replacement inventory costs.

Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting combines the strength of PE Sheeting and the cushioning characteristics of corrugated material together with VpCI corrosion protection. Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting is faster and easier to produce with no investment cost and less lead time than custom injection-molded products.

Metal parts packaged in Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting are continuously protected against salt environments, excessive humidity, condensation, aggressive industrial atmospheres and dissimilar metal corrosion. The Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors vaporize and then condense on metal surfaces in the enclosed package. The inhibitors reach all areas of parts, protecting the exterior as well as hard-to-reach interior surfaces. Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting provides complete product protection during storage as well as domestic and overseas shipments.

Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting is approved by the Federal Drug Administration for use on food containers and food handling equipment. In addition, the product is approved by a leading institute for recycling and disposal.

Packaging and Storage

The shelf-life of Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting is two years in its original packaging. Cor-Pak VpCI Corrugated PE Sheeting should be stored indoors and should not be exposed to temperature exceeding 140ºF (60ºC).
