Product Description
M-119 LV is a water based corrosion inhibitor for use in water based epoxies, urethanes, acrylics and alkyds. M-119 LV provides protection for carbon steel and aluminum, eliminates in-can corrosion and reduces scribe creep. M-119 LV does not contain any heavy metals such as zinc phosphate, chromates or barium. M-119 LV works in both the vapor and contact phases.

Packaging & Storage
M-119 LV is available in 5 gallon (19 L) pails, 55 gallon (208 L) metal drums, liquid totes, and bulk.
To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).

Recommended loading levels range from 1.0 – 3.0% based on total formula weight.

- Water Grind w/o Resin – add after wetting agent & co-solvents are added •
- Water Grind w/ Resin – add to resin prior to adding other components
Post Add
- Letdown – add into letdown using moderate to high agitation
- Post add – add into final product using moderate to high agitation
