EcoLine® Wire Rope Grease

Product Description

EcoLine® Wire Rope Grease is premium quality biobased, biodegradable grease that protects wire rope against corrosion and extreme pressure wear. It is recommended for use in environmentally sensitive areas near waterways and is ideal for protection in salt spray conditions.

EcoLine® Wire Rope Grease is formulated from vegetable oils, aluminum-based thickener, and anti-corrosion additives for maximum wire rope protection. A higher flash point and biodegradable formula increases safety and lowers environmental impact compared to conventional petroleum greases. EcoLine® Wire Rope Grease is available in NLGI grades 0 or 1.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 14 ounce (396 g) cartridges (12 per carton), 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, and 55 gallon (208 liter) drums.

To avoid separation, store in a cool, dry area at 32-86°F (0-30°C). EcoLine® Wire Rope Grease should be stored in a sealed container. Exposure to high temperatures, dust, dirt, or other contaminants can severely deteriorate the quality of the product.
