Product Description

VpCI®-428 is a water-based heavy duty concentrate, designed to remove oxides and scales while also brightening aluminum. When VpCI®-428 is properly used, it doesn’t attack aluminum, just quickly removes oxides and brightens the metal. In addition VpCI®-428 effectively removes calcium/limescale/silicate deposits.

*There are a large number of different grades of aluminum. Each grade of aluminum can react differently to cleaning. It is important to perform a spot test before full application.

VpCI®-428 can be used at 10% of concentrate in water for:

• Aluminum truck brightening  
• Locomotive cleaning  
• Pontoon boat/Aluminum Boat cleaning
• Wheel cleaning  
• Building Restoration

VpCI®-428 can be used at 100% of concentrate for:  

• Specialized De-scaling
• Tub and Tile cleaning

Application

The dwell time of VpCI®-428 for cleaning is from a few seconds to five minutes depending on the severity of oxidation/scaling

Packaging and Storage

VpCI®-428 is available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails and 55 gallon (208 liter) drums. Store in a heated warehouse to avoid freezing.

Minimum storage temperature: 32°F (0°C)
Maximum storage temperature: 120°F (49°C)
