Product Description

VpCI®-406 is a phosphate-free cleaner designed to remove salt, grime, oils, greases, and carbon deposits. VpCI®-406 provides protection against flash corrosion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

VpCI®-406 can be metered into automatic bus and car washes, steam cleaners, dip tanks, or power wash equipment.

Minimizes water spotting due to hard water.

VpCI®-406 offers improved cleaning and corrosion protection action in one process.

Packaging & Storage

VpCI®-406 is available in 55 gallon (208 L) drums, liquid totes, and bulk.

To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).

Typical Properties

Application Instructions

For hand applications, dilute with water up to 1:40 and apply to surface with cloth or brush and rinse with water.

For automatic washers, pressure washers, and steam cleaners, dilute with water up to 1:50. Heavy buildup may require a stronger concentration.
