CorroLogic® Slurry HT

Product Description

Corrologic® Slurry HT is a water-based Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®) concentrate designed for the protection of aboveground storage tanks operating at high temperatures against the detrimental effects of soil-side corrosion.

Corrologic® Slurry HT provides an extremely efficient wet method to protect the underside of tank bottoms.

VpCI® molecules vaporize and adsorb on metal surfaces, reaching all areas, including recessed sections and interior cavities.

Dosage and Application Method

Pump Corrologic® Slurry HT through perforated pipe network into the interstitial space under the tank.

Recommended dosage depends on multiple factors such as tank foundation design, environmental conditions and design life.

Precautions

Do not use on copper, copper-based alloys, and other soft yellow metals.

Packaging and Storage

Corrologic® Slurry HT is available in 55 gallon (208 liter) drums and liquid totes.

Store in sealed drums in a dry warehouse avoiding freezing, direct exposure to sunlight, with a temperature not exceeding 150°F (65°C). Shelf life is up to 24 months.
