Cortec VpCI®-308 Pouch

Product Description

VpCI®-308 Pouch contains powder for corrosion protection of ferrous metals, aluminum, copper, and bronze. The pouches are constructed from breathable *Tyvek®, which allows the VpCIv molecules to be emitted through the membrane, and form a molecular layer on metal surfaces providing corrosion protection.

VpCI®-308 Pouches are easy to use. There are no chemical concentrations to calculate and no need for special equipment for application; just determine the number of pouches required per unit space. VpCI®-308 Pouches provide a clean method for corrosion protection.

VpCI-308 Pouches are available as individually cut pouches and each pouch will protect up to 1m3 (35.3ft3). Custom orders are also available.

Application

Determine the number of pouches required based upon the volume of space needing protection. Each pouch protects up to 1m3 (35 ft3). Evenly distribute pouches throughout the space and close or seal. Custom sizes also available.Please contact a Cortec Representative for more information.

Packaging and Storage

VpCI®-308 Pouches are available in cartons of 50. Do not store in conditions above 150°F (65°C). Close cartons between uses. The shelf life of unopened cartons is up to 24 months.
